ABOUT THE CURRICULUM
Teens today experience mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress, which are often exacerbated by social media, academic pressure, and a lack of accessible resources. The stigma surrounding mental health issues hinders open discussion and support, leaving many teens feeling isolated, especially in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This curriculum is designed to educate youth 13-24 on emotional wellbeing. Each module is 30 minutes and spotlights some of the most common emotional wellbeing topics and strategies for dealing with them.
